The best laid plans and all that. Got up late, for me, did some washing, which is now festooning the bathroom, had breakfast in the hotel foyer (coffee, yoghurt, croissant and a sandwich for later, SEK 65, which is about $13), went outside with view to catching the red tourist bus to the Viking Museum, got wet.
The tour group arriving with brollies and raincoats should have been a giveaway.
So, I'm back in my room, drying off and I'll venture out later.
My hotel room doesn't have a window, it does have this, which lights up.
