Still have a bit of a gap at the beginning of the adventure to sort out, but... I have bought my ferry ticket for the trip from Stockholm to Tallinn and booked a hotel in Tallinn.
The ferry is the Tallinn Silja Line Victoria 1 (and it looks like this - https://www.tallinksilja.com/victoria-tallink-cruise-ship#tabs-content-2) which departs Stockholm 15 October at 17:30 and arrives in Estonia, via Mariehamn, at 10:00 the following morning, and the hotel is the Hestia Europa, a short walk from the ferry terminal.
