Helsinki, Day the Second

Today was spent being a tourist, which I am. Walked down to Senate Square and got on one of the many (at least four) hop on/ hop off buses and took a couple of turns around the city, stopping in the middle for lunch at the Kauppahalli (baked potato with chicken and feta and a salad washed down with a violet smoothie).

The market square stop is outside the Lamy shop.

Walked back to the hotel and popped into the K-kioski across the road for dins and a gluten free "Drumstick".

Tomorrow - the zoo.

Yay for Mari's! Her cafe in the Kauppahalli was one of the high points of our visit. It is wonderful to see she is still going!

The Lamy shop was great fun! I really enjoyed the Amber shop around there too.
